This information is used to contact you regarding your tour or transfer booking. This information is kept confidential.
How to contact us
Tours take place throughout the week and at the time of the customers choosing. Tours outside of Athens ideally should begin between 08:00am to 08:30 am. For all Tours, the time that the tour commences is the time indicated on your reservation form. The order of visits on the tour may change due to circumstances beyond and outside our control (bad weather conditions, demonstrations, road closures etc)
At anytime during the tour you can request to stop the car, in order to take pictures, for a beverage break, extend your visit time at a site, shop or anything else that you may need. All Tours are Private and you can change the schedule of visits to your liking. Please keep in mind to allow time for visits to archaeological sites included in the program.
It is advisable that you notify us if you or any of the passengers with you has any medical condition that we need to know such as motion sickness, nausea, or perhaps something more serious like diabetes. Please do let us know in advance. You are required to have any medications that you may be needed during the course of the trip.
Drivers cannot enter sites with you, as they are not official tourist guides. We are in collaboration, with official tourist guides and upon request we can provide a licensed guide in order to enhance the experience of your tour. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

Your cancellation must be initiated by emailing us at Chauffeursco.com. We will acknowledge and confirm your cancellation by email. In certain cases you may be eligible to receive either a full or partial refund depending on the number of days prior to your booking of any of our services, of when your cancellation request is received.
If you cancel or cannot take your tour or transfer as a consequence of Extenuating Circumstances, we will get a full refund for the full amount you have paid for any of our services.
Extenuating Circumstances includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour or transfer.
For cancellation due to any other reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances), the date on which the request to cancel is received by our staff, will determine the refund due as follows:
If you cancel 48 hours before your booking you will receive a full refund. No refund will be returned after this time.
If you cancel 7 days before the scheduled tour you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel 3 to 6 days before the scheduled tour a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled tour 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
‘No shows” will be charged 100% of the quoted tour price.
