Food, hosting, and the combination of flavors and textures is her creative process, which feeds her soul and now extends this to more guests, who want to experience an upscale and elevated stay in Athens as a local.

Manolis founded Taxi Transfer Athens in 2013. An Athens based taxi service offering luxury transportation services.
